Something that I think needs to be given particular consideration is our Bill of Rights, and the issue of unenumerated rights. How expansive our current BoR is has been a matter of debate and disagreement over the years and in many ways is ultimately determined by the High Court - with different Justices inclined to view the matter in different ways. I've always been the one to take the broadest view on how just what the current BoR covers but if we are rewriting the Charter I think it makes sense to look at the matter in a systematic manner.

I think the suggestions that we revisit the split between a Ceremonial Delegate and Executive Prime Minister is worth serious consideration - the circumstances that made this a useful decision in 2016 don't really apply in 2022 - along with general revisions to our elections arrangements and general executive structure.

I'm also not opposed (though not openly advocating for) consideration of alternative Judicial or quasi-judicial systems for legal review & criminal allegations - the move from an Adversarial to Inquisitional model was a massive improvement, and one I'll claim credit for (on the basis that TSP basically copied my system from Lazarus) but I've always felt that there is an argument for doing away entirely with the trappings of a Judiciary and having a "Council of Elders" style body which is tasked with settling disputes - both in the Bundestag sense and the Nelson Mandela/Jimmy Carter sense.
