I understand why you might want to conduct surveys, but I'm not sure I understand why you believe the best way to conduct surveys and hear public input is with an Office with its own Director and staff. It seems a bit like unnecessary bureaucratic overhead, especially when you're already putting such an emphasis in your campaign about how you'll personally try to engage with new South Pacificans and make the ministry more inclusive.
