I don’t think rewriting all of our laws would help. In fact, it would just bring up more and more disagreements, which is what we don’t need. Burn it all? Maybe not. Serious reform? Sure.

Robust debate over comprehensive reform of our institutions is exactly what we need right now. That is why we called this Great Council.
