Resentine would like Sedunn to recall that Resentine has NO research and NO production of nuclear weapons except for a short period in our civil war. Therefore we do not have the technology to produce such live or non-live warheads, and sees this as the perfect situation as to begin actual field testing of our designs. And since Ryccian Nuclear weapons are some of the more advanced versions amoung the world, this would make them ideal for testing, as to make sure that the SDI's would be able to breach and disable thse weapons. We would not need to consider the danger of Nuclear Derbis for the moment, as our nation has gone through a civil war and there are many abandoned areas to test them in.
