Attending this conference are representatives from Darkstrait, Noctenos, the Resentine Kingdom, Ryccia, and with great reluctance, representatives from Sporaltryus were allowed to come. Representatives from other nations are invited to come. President Aaron McBane of the Pacific Republic of Qvait hosted the conference at the Stockholm Convention Centre and started,

"Welcome to the Stockholm Conference. As you all may know, we are here to discuss the dire situation in Sporaltryus. Let's get started. Here is my take on the situation. At this time, there is a military operation that is waiting my authorization. That operation is Operation Black Knight. I am considering the option of taking military action against the terrorist organization known as the Consortium. My fear is that now that they are in control of the Sporaltryan government, they now control its nuclear arsenal and we all have seen what this terrorist group did when it stole a nuclear device. If we do not take action now, they might as well use those nuclear weapons on us."
