Article 5: The Pun Masters of the Coalition shall include at least one and no more than 173 pun-focused members of the Coalition. To join the Pun Masters, a member of the Coalition must challenge an existing Pun Master to a Pun Contest. If the challenging member is victorious, they shall be admitted to the Pun Masters. The Pun Masters may expel a member by two-thirds majority vote, where votes will only be counted if they contain a successful pun. After being expelled from the Pun Masters or failing an application to the Pun Masters, a member of the Coalition must wait at least six months before reapplying. In the event of a Punmergency in the Coalition, the Pun Masters may assume full control of the government of the Coalition's government by a four-fifths majority vote, where votes will only be counted if they contain a successful pun.
