Venezuela's timezone had been UTC-4:30 since 2007, set there by President Chávez supposedly as a way to save energy costs (it backfired; due to the fact that sunset was around 6:30 pm, people used more electricity). In a rare example of good governance (a broken clock is, after all, right at least twice a day), Maduro's government reversed the change. We're in UTC-4:00 now,
