It's always made sense to me that if an individual is banned for their behaviour gameside, that ban should naturally extend to the forums, the discord, and all of the region's property. It's a harsher outlook, but I don't believe that an individual who broke the rules gameside and was banned for it should be allowed to hang around any offsite extension of the region.

@Malayan Singapura - You were banned by order of the Local Council, so it logically follows that the Local Council would have to, for some reason, order your ban lifted. For that to happen, you would need to demonstrate extraordinary changes in your behaviour. I haven't seen any evidence of that yet. There isn't a set out legal process of forms you need to fill out. Prove yourself to have changed, demonstrate that you've see the error of your ways, and over the next few months we'll see.
