The Court is here to handle legal issues. If you have a legal issue, you have every right to submit it. Let me worry about how viable your case actually is, that's my job. If it's non-justiciable, I'll rule so. If it is justiciable, then it means your case does have merit, and should be heard. Either way, you can't get justice if you don't use the mechanisms the Charter puts at your disposal. That goes for everyone, not just Singapura.
