The Jolly Roger - Treasure Hunters from the TV show “Treasure Me Hearties”, equipped with sonar.

Admiral Nemo a tall, lean and imposing character with a white bushy beard and a face marked with the many scars of a life at sea enters the room and opens with
“Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen and of course your Imperial Highness, its a pleasure to have you all here for what is a most unusual occasion. We are about to embark on a treasure hunt, there are many theories as to what lies in the depths with the wreckage, from gold, to bank accounts in tax havens, probably Izaakia, but, that is not why we are here. We are here to find the secret of HIA 402, we believe the wreckage to contain a highly deadly biological weapon, a weapon so dangerous we cannot allow another nation to get hold of it, we must destroy it.”
Empress Astrid Interrupts “Yes I quite agree, we have a moral obligation as police officer of the world, to prevent a weapon like this from ever seeing the light of day, so good luck to us all, carry on Admiral”
Admiral Nemo “Quite right, thank you your majesty, so this is the plan, since we’re not at war we will break up the flotilla to cover more ground. RV Iceberg and RV Deep Blue will use sonar to map the bottom of the ocean around the [Redacted] where we last picked up a radio signal from the HIA 402. HMS Manta Ray will attempt to intercept communications between other ships in the area, and scramble messages of none Izaakian Signals. HMS Mako will accompany the Iceberg and Deep Blue. HMS Beluga will set up radio receivers at several points in the area to help triangulate the signal more precisely.
The Rombold and The Jolly Roger will search the eastern portion of the search area. Her majesty will fly to see local officials and see what we can learn, while Hugo Heinriksen with the Royal Yacht will search the western search area alongside HMS Sting Ray, which will also send search parties to all 5 islands in the area to search for castaways and wreckage, gods speed everyone”.
