Maybe keep the list of all CRS Members for membership along with the CG members? After all, CRS is still the security apparatus, and we would want people to know who they are?

If the current Delegate wants to include them in the WFE, then whatever, I don't see the point though. But that certainly shouldn't be law because there's just no need.

Not all the current CRS members have WA nations in the region. The CRS should still have the Border Control power, but not really promotion for endorsements. Of course, like PH said: is the delegate wants, sure.

My point is not whether they should be endorsed, as those who need to be endorsed are already appointed/will be appointed to the CG, but whether they should continue to be visible on the World Factbook Entry. After all, if the CG is the weapon against threats, the CRS is the hand that pulls that trigger. Shouldn't their names be widely circulated so that people know who they are when the goal was to change CRS from endorsement holding nations to people trustworthy that when they make a (potentially controversial) decision the rest of us know it was for the best? Don't see the reason why their names were removed considering that.

In any case, it is moot now.

I'll leave my two cents and say that CSS members who are in the WA should generally be endorsed even if they aren't in the Coral Guard. If someone is in the CSS then we already trust them enough to handle regional security, so there is no reason why they shouldn't endorsed.
