This is a recall vote, according to the Charter requiring a majority greater than 60% to pass. Ayes: 27 69.2% | 96.4% (discounting abstentions)	Nays: 1 2.6% | 3.6% (discounting abstentions)
There were 11 Abstentions (28.2%); 37 legislators were absent. Thus, attendance for this vote was 51.3%.
In light of these results, the proposal passes, having achieved the required majority (>60%).
