Introduction to the MoE Writing Team

A team within the Ministry of Engagement to maintain general information dispatches and telegrams

The Writing Team is a body within the Ministry of Engagement that manages the content and presentation of the Coalition of the South Pacific’s government-owned general information dispatches, create engagement mass telegrams, and provides utility services related to dispatches and mass telegrams to other government bodies.

The Minister of Engagement shall appoint a ministry’s staff member as the Team Coordinator. The Coordinator is in charge of the team's day-to-day operations, policies, and content direction for the team's dispatches. The Coordinator has the authority to appoint any member of the team as deputies/assistants and amend any regulation of this body as they wish. Members of the team may be:

• Dispatch editors who are responsible for the content on general dispatches. They are tasked with keeping the content up-to-date and improving/renovating them as necessary.
  
• Telegram editors who are responsible for writing recruitment and similar telegrams.
  
• A design consultant who is the official in charge of the design guidelines for dispatches.
  
• A technical consultant who is the official responsible for administration and development of the dispatch maintenance software.
  

The Minister of Engagement may overrule any decision of the Team Coordinator.

The Writing Team is in charge of the dispatches that provide general information and guidance about the region as well as provide dispatch-related service to other government bodies. The Writing Team is in charge of both permanent dispatches such as the welcome dispatch or one-time dispatches such as delegate endorsement campaigns. Aside from dispatches, the Writing Team also help writes mass telegrams for engagement purposes such as the regional welcome telegram, general recruitment telegrams, delegate endorsement telegrams,...
