Ayes: 27 67.5% | 90.0% (discounting abstentions)	Nays: 3 7.5% | 10.0% (discounting abstentions)
There were 10 Abstentions (25.0%); 30 legislators were absent. Thus, attendance for this vote was 57.1%.
In light of these results, the proposal passes, having achieved the required majority (>50%).
