After that, you seemed to leave the region and stop posting in the forums, until these new forums were created.

Do you care to comment on your history in the NSA? The old forums are not publicly accessible, so it's important for the citizens of TSP to know what possible issues may arise if you are elected Minister of Foreign Affairs.

I really dislike this line of questioning especially from an opponent. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. But to each his own.

God-Emperor, I think your overall structure sounds fine but I think many different structures can work. My question will be more meat and potatoes.

How would you describe your relationship with other GCR leaders outside of TSP?

Whichever ticket wins the delegate/VD races, how well do you believe you will work with the winners?

GR's tone may have been hostile, but it's still a valid question, no?

If he didn't ask the question, I would have.

Getting back to the Foreign Affairs part of this election campaign.... If you lose this election, what are you plans? Will you stay an active citizen of TSP? Or will you "take time off"? Would you be willing, if offered, to take a Deputy position under your opponent? Will you offer him one?

Thanks, Penny.

If elected, I will open the positions to all the citizens of the region, but Sandaoguo, as a former Minister Of Foreign Affairs, would go to the top of the list, of course. If Sandaoguo is reelected, I would be more than willing to take another position in the Ministry. I don't plan on taking anymore time off after the election, and, as many of you already know, that means I'm more than likely going to be one of, if not the most, active citizen. I'd just like to direct some of that energy into the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs. However, if I lose this election, any Minister or Ministry is more than welcome to tap whatever resources I have to offer them.

I believe all questions are valid questions, which is why I answered it. If it wasn't answered to someone's satisfaction, please say so. Otherwise feel free to ask anything else of me that you would like.

Geo - I think someone else should have asked the question. It's not invalid but I just don't like it coming from the candidate. Nothing illegal but as a voter, it's not my cup of tea.

God Emperor - Were I still a Guardian you'd have a good relationship with at least one of us. hehe. I thank you for your expansive answer and that puts my mind at ease with respect to your relationships with other GCRs.

We are treatied with The North Pacific and you said that you would review our treaties. How should we cultivate our relationship with TNP in your opinion?
I'm covering my ears like a kid.

What would it take for you to advocate breaking off relationships with a region (or group) TSP currently has official relations with?

Well, after working with McMasterdonia and r3naissanc3r to review this...

Treaty between The South Pacific and The North Pacific Wrote:Recognizing our past fruitful Azure alliance, and recognizing our commonalities as free and friendly pacific regions, we join together in an alliance of friendship and mutual defense.

The parties to this treaty are The North Pacific and the South Pacific.

The parties will recognize the constitutional governments in force at the time of ratification of this treaty as the sole legitimate governments of their respective regions.
The parties will not undermine one another through subterfuge, espionage, invasion, or any other means.
The parties will defend one another to the best of their ability on the request of the other party.
The parties will share any intelligence relevant to the defense of the other party.
A new treaty between the parties may override this treaty.

...paltry exc...example of a treaty for one of our oldest and strongest allies, I would like to talk with their Minister Of Culture And Entertainment, Lord Ravenclaw, about co-hosting a tried and true cultural exchange. I would also like to speak with the Minister Of Defense, Blue Wolf II, about TNP's interest in conducting joint training exercises, which is a provision of many of our more modern treaties.

I believe regular activity from a highly experienced diplomat and statesmen, which is what I expect of and from whomever is appointed the Deputy Minister Of Foreign Affairs, Feeder Affairs, and whichever Junior Minister is assigned to work with him during the treaty review process will help cultivate our relationship with the region, as well.

In order for me to advocate breaking off relations with a entity that we currently have official relations with would be an act of war against this region or one of our treatied allies, whether that act be overt military action or something more subtle, and, in the case of our treatied allies, blatant and flagrant violation of said treaty. In the case of some smaller regions, I may also advocate it for extreme inactivity, but I hope that both situations remain exceedingly rare.
