I think he thinks that makes no sense.

Please keep your fast food out of Darkstrait. Nothing personal, but it looks bad when a socialist country lets foreign fast food in. (For example, the collapse of communism in 1989-1990 could be visibly traced by the McDonalds restaurants popping up across the Iron Curtain.) Smile
