"A little PMT" would be colonies of maybe half a dozen people on the nearest planet. If it's in the same solar system as the TSP planet I can give some science as to why that ends badly for TSP planet.

I like the Ryccian Bulletin (and I see Escadian Heights is in there in the weather section which is quite long), it's cool and inspiring! P.S. You can send refugees to me, after all we have a growing population of humingbunny's due to the last refugee situation.
