The following vote shall decide whether or not to repeal the following declaration. 

Declaration of War against Gatesville 


Preamble:
The South Pacific Assembly acting as the sole legislative authority of the Coalition hereby issues the following declaration of war and establishes certain wartime provisions to be enacted by the appropriate bodies.

Article 1: Discoveries

Treize Dreizehn, former Delegate of Osiris, transferred possession of his nation "The Dourian Embassy" to Nevadar of Gatesville after losing an election for Delegate to Cormac.
Nevadar then proceeded to alter the flag and RMB of Osiris.
The above discoveries constitutes what shall be considered a Coup d'etat by the Assembly of the South Pacific.
Osiris has declared war on Gatesville as of 28 June 2013.

Article 2: Wartime Provisions

Closure of all diplomatic relations with the region of Gatesville until the repeal of this document.
Treize Dreizehn and Nevadar are to be considered hostile and recognized as such by forum administration and the Cabinet of the South Pacific.
Any region or organization in which is found to be giving aid to Nevadar and/or Gatesville shall have any and all relations with South Pacific suspended until all aid is severed.
Commands the New Southern Army to aid in the transition of power to the legitimate Osirian Government. Further commands the General Corps to prepare, plan, and order both offensive and defensive operations to subvert activities by Gatesville in Osiris and abroad.

Article 3: Formal Declaration of War

The South Pacific Assembly, recognizing the facts laid out herein, declares a state of war exists with the region of Gatesville Inc.

The vote requires 60% support for passage. The vote shall close November 24, 2014 4:50p.

At 94.4%, this repeal has passed. The South Pacific is no longer at war with Gatesville.
