The goals of the Pacific Republic of Qvait are as follows:
  • Unanimous condemnation of the terrorist insurgency in Ryccia
  • Portion of Sporaltryan territory to be given to rebels and given autonomy
  • Armistice between all involved parties

Should these goals be met, Qvait will cease operations in Sporaltryan waters including the blockade.

We agree with all of our ally's proposals except the second one. Ryccia recognizes Sporaltryus as the Legitimate Government, and as such we condemn the Sporaltryan Rebels's actions.
