I was thinking this morning I would ask where we were at with this one, beat me to it. No reason we couldn't run it soonish, I think anyway.
I'm not opposed to having people from other regions participate. Still think we should get anyone competing to create a new nation, to give everyone an equal chance.
How about we advertise for a whole week, and start the Contest around the 15th?

Sounds fine to me. Arbiter or Henn, any objections to this?
I still think we could start this soon (probably not by the 15th now if we want more participants), but do we want to wait to wait until Arbiter is around? I haven't seen him for a while and think he may possibly be away (could be wrong). Thought it would have been a good time to advertise now with the Europeia visit and a few extra people around though.
I sent Henn a PM asking his thoughts a couple of days ago, but he hasn't replied either to that or here. As he has created a region for it which is password protected, I can't get it started on my own. If you still need me to draft part of the WFE explaining the contest, I can probably do that. I'm not entirely familiar with all the codes etc either that can be used, but guessing it doesn't need to be too fancy. Need to lock in dates before I can draft it though.
Just make the date change-able, and I can shove it in the WFE.
I didn't get a PM, but I'll check.
