Basically, Eluvatar has gone MIA in NationStates - and Glen-Rhodes is fairly busy - so it's fallen on me to write the report and Glen is overseeing it. I'm writing it in chunks. Unfortunately, I don't consider myself the most knowledgeable of the three - so I'm doing research as I write and incorporating knowledge that Eluvatar had impressed upon me before he disappeared.

I do think the results are rather quite interesting; they're not what I expected. It's were to go with it is where the Commission is wracking its brain over.

My hope is to finish the report soon, so that we have time to consider electoral reform before our elections on March 15. Wish me luck.
