Here is what I would like us to do so far. If there are any changes or other activities that we should do, please suggest them now.
Historical Project [Archerinia - Feirmont - Llamas - Ryccia - TAC] - Biography and Highlights - Delegacy Timeline Resident Spotlight [Awe - Bonaugure - Feirmont - Punchwood - Ryccia - Tomb] - Interviews with Former Delegates (serious interview about their delegacies, not your usual Spotlight) - Interviews with Colleagues Southern Journal [Awe - Feirmont - God Emperor - HEM - Punchwood] - Delegacy Analysis or Comments - Panel on Delegacies Trivia and Quiz Shows [Bonaugure - Farengeto - Llamas - Ryccia - Sopo] - Delegacy Trivia - Character-Themed Games (for example, a monkey-themed game for Killer Monkeys) I encourage anyone from each project to start threads in your respective subforums, to discuss these assignments and how to best make them happen. In this thread I would also like to discuss when to start the actual event, taking into account how long it will take to have at least the first delegacies ready. Former Delegate of the South Pacific

Guys, it really would be awesome if I didn't need to run this whole thing by myself. There is a list of possible activities for each project, in the above post. Since we have Directors, it is now their responsibility to communicate with each other, and make sure that things get done.

Questions regarding the Historical Project's part in this:
Biography and Highlights - What constitutes someones biography in NS? When they started NS? How they made their achievements? The impact they made in the region? Delegacy Timelines - Would this be an accurate description of their actions as delegate sort of like the timeline thing on Facebook?
Pretty much what you described. I want you to be creative on this one, so feel free to think out of the box.
