For the record, I was a minority opinion on this one which is why the notice has been amended. While not disputing the actual specific judgement I felt we needed to refer the wider question to the Assembly given the absence of defining legislation around COIs.

Thank you for sharing, Hopolis. One thing I was thinking about was to ask if maybe COI should be limited to the past 3 years instead of the entire history of a person's NS experience. I would imagine that the past 3 years would be most indicative of where a person was in terms of their goals and activity and that anything prior to that should not be held against them.

Escade, I would suggest that is more for the Assembly to rule on rather than the Courts personally.

I am assuming the Court meant the March 2015 elections in its ruling BTW, and that 2014 was a typo?
