Punchwood, in an attempt to threaten the future peace and stabilization of the Country of Ryccia, has declared an invasion of the mainland and is attempting to start a civilian insurrection against all peacekeeping forces. Not only this, but the country of Sporaltryus threatens the presence of the Kingdom Of Sedunn's peacekeeping forces in RATSPT. As our forces are only so strong, we have decided that it would be unlikely that the prevention of any invasion, Mainland or otherwise, would succeed without international intervention. The current estimates from our analysts say that a successful invasion of the mainland could result in millions of civilian casualties, not to mention any of our peacekeeping and rebuilding efforts would be hampered for years. We find Punchwood's current actions to be similar to the actions of the Former Dictatorship that took over Ryccia illegally. We are rendered helpless without any assistance, and Ryccia, a country that we have all worked so hard to bring peace to, will brought to shambles by a desperate grab for power. So we ask, nay, we beg, for the SCO's assistance in this matter and the open condemnation of Punchwood. Signed, King Claudius
