Changes to Local Council

Might I just add that this says nothing about how people are nominated.

Nominations are governed through the normal election laws, Punch.

This change is simply to make this office accessible to all residents of TSP, not just citizens.

I second that motion.

We would have had two nominations if I had accepted however I didn't because I liked my MoRA job more. Thanks Feirmont. I only problem I can see is how can the LC be the voice to the Assembly if they can't view the whole of the Assembly or do anything in the Assembly. I don't know if non-citizens can talk in the Assembly.

Something would have to be set up for the local council folks where they would be able to communicate about the events in the Assembly. A telegram system or IRC might work.

I think as long as one Local Council member is an Assembly s/he could speak for the entire council.
