The IOC has a twofold purpose:
1. An internal response to Ryccian aggression (which as a non-member it has no say in) 2. Effectively our treaty of Versailles, which in real llife dismantled Germany, almost completely disarmed it, forced reparations, that sort of thing. And having been defeated amd occupied, thay had minimal say. Basically Ryccia gets no IC say on it. Of course you could always ignore the resolution like a certain someone did, but thar only works if the ones in the treaty don't want to go to war again.
How about 1,000,000 soldiers?

The Republic of Kringalia will continue working towards enforcing the limit of 200 000 active troops and 300 000 reserve troops, as mandated by Resolution 001. We have no current interest in negotiating an increased limit with Ryccia.

No. That's just too far. We can accept the army limitation(but we'll defy it anyway in a war) but never that. Never that.

Qvait concurs with Ryccia on the first part of its argument. 200,000 active troops is too low and would make it a vulnerable target to its enemies. We believe that at least 800,000 active troops will be acceptable.
And what does Qvait think about the Arms Factory Demand?

Qvait believes that arms reduction and the dismantling of nuclear weapons are necessary, but if Ryccia has to do this, everyone has to as well. The dismantling of nuclear weapons among all nations is necessary and Qvait would also advocate a discussion of a non-proliferation treaty.
