A standoff in front of a FiHami farmers' market turned deadly, resulting in many people wounded. The official numbers are yet to be released.

FiHami's parliament has officially dissolved itself, returning all power to the Chiefdom. Ha'Coron' Finix Fi'Shi has seemingly resigned to her fate as absolute ruler over FiHami, opting instead to appoint several citizens as Ministers of Citizen Affairs. The race for Prime Minister is still clear to go, though there is no longer a legislative body in FiHami. The Chief has sited that she is concerned with foreign relations with other countries, and has mandated that the citizens shall have the right to overthrow the chiefdom should any succeeding chiefs "end up like Puani, or worse" in a scathing attack to the second Chief of FiHami.

"Everyone worships me whether I like it or not, I might as well stop trying to fight my people."

Critics of the Chiefdom claim that this sudden authoritarian turn is "concerning at best" for FiHami.

King and Leader Gianluca IV and chancellor Kirchmann congratulated the Bruuman neighbours for the inauguration of Brother Unclepear, expressing their wish that GI-Land and Bruuma will continue to have friendly relations to each other indifferent of the ideological differences. Leaders of the conservative KPHA, the Green Party and the Social Democrats were criticising the Gianlucian political head-figures for "the continuous collaboration with the Bruuman socialist regime".

Current Prime Minister Kilaui Kuri has expressed her dissatisfaction with the sudden change in FiHami government as well as "extreme appallement" that Ha'Coron' Finix Fi'Shi would passively accept this. The Chief has declined comment for now, last being seen helping a group of charity construction workers build a homeless shelter for single parents who's mates had been killed.

The only person to comment on Bruuman affairs has been Texeteti', who spent 90% of an hour-long video rambling incoherently on Papa Unclepear and Brother Unclepear being the epicentre of "disease, famine, and mind control" with the other 10% aimed at criticizing nations who congratulated Brother Unclepear as "useless, mindless manatees swimming voluntarily to the shark's mouth."

The Ryccian government has issued arrest warrants for both Papa Unclepear and Brother Unclepear for "human rights abuses" and "endangering national security". A $30 million bounty per head is being offered.

President Elliott refused to allow Prime Minister Barrett into the Presidence today for a meeting regarding the sudden surge in GID-20 patients in the country that she caused 2 weeks ago today. The President said over the intercom system from inside, "There will be no meeting until you can own up to what you've done and apologise to the nation and mean it."

Brother Unclepear has condemned Ryccia in a televised statement, saying: "The world can once again see that the Ryccian government is the enemy of international peace and stability and a gang of terrorists. Their threats do not scare us, but we are more than ready to counter anything they throw at us. If they want heads from Bruuma, we have enough missile heads to send them".
