A resolution recognizing the Parliamentary Coalition as the legitimate government of Farengeto has been introduced in Karnetvor's House of Representatives. Introduced by Representative Nikola Zhirokov (DP, Molotov), it would withdraw Karnetvor's recognition of Maximilien Rey, calling him "a aspiring dictator", which has "eroded democratic institutions in Farengeto", and impose sanctions against Rey's government. The resolution has significant opposition both in the National Assembly and in the Government. It requires a simple majority to pass, in both houses of the Assembly.
