The Joint Resolution on Farengeto, which would recognize the Parliamentary Coalition as the legitimate government of Farengeto, has narrowly passed the House of Representatives, with a total of 227 votes in favor, 215 against, and 20 abstentions. It still needs to pass the Senate in order to become law.

The Labor Party has announced Thursday that it will stand by President Margaret Harrison's decision to remain neutral in the Farengeto Civil War.
The proposed Joint Resolution on Farengeto has been amended to recognize the Free Farengeto Alliance as the legitimate government of Farengeto, due to the collapse of the Parliamentary Coalition. It passed the House of Representatives again, but with much reduced support.
