No fighting has been reported in the Northeast between the NRC and Imperial Union forces, which are retreating from NRC territory to allow a diplomatic settlement.

Terrorist Attack in Atlantis (GI-Landian capital) near the embassy of Ru. At around 16:05 h, two explosions occured. One at the underground station "Senatorstr." and one only 50 metres away of the Ruvian embassy at the Amerikadamm. Until now, we count 5 dead persons, including the suicide bombers and several injured ones. The underground line U3 stopped its service, the Amerikadamm, one of the main roads of Atlantis, is cordoned off by the police. His explosive belt didn't work, because of reasons, the police department didn't want to go in details with. Fortunately there shouldn't be another terrorist left, according the police. The closure of Amerikadamm was abolished, but the U3 still only drives unregularely, furthermore only between "Sonntagstr." and "Hauptbahnhof". A replacement service with buses to "Olympiaplatz" is installed. Our Leader and King says about this incident: "That was a tragic event, but fortunately we've got police forces who have prevented an even worse case (...) We will install more police at public spaces throughout GI-Land in the next few days, until we're sure, we're completely safe again (...) and at all families, which lost a family member today, I say: I'm so sorry for your loss! Ultranationalist leader Gejou Gyaksha and other ultranationalists complain about being stopped by airport officials from going to the NRC to support the Republicans. The Kensei administration and the the CRGFE have yet to comment on the situation.
The Imperial Union will hold any Frost citizen going to support the NRC for attempting murder, treason, rebellion, alteration of peace, among other charges. They will not be extradited, as they will be classified as foreign terrorists, and the Imperial Union does not trust Frost authorities.

Customs in airports have been ordered to arrest any Ultranationalist suspected of joining the NRC. The Imperial Union has sent a list of them all, including Gejou Gyaksha, who will be arrested and not extradited on his arrival.
