President Davis signed the Book of Condolence today in Alton City for Noah Ball. She paid tribute to him saying "he was a very dedicated politician who always tried his best for his Party with the national interest in mind."

Prime Minister Barrett refused to sign the Book of Condolence. She stated very clearly, "Our threshold under the policy is 80 years old and the only people exempt from this are Prime Ministers, former Prime Ministers, Presidents and former Presidents."

Noah Ball's successor, Trevor Lloyd, has announced he will give a eulogy at Mr. Ball's funeral on Tuesday.
