For first time in the Montacia Wine Festival history a sparkling white wine from outside the Montacia region has won the top prize. The Chateaux de Olicana from Brodlancia won the award, and has received an Imperial Seal of Approval.

Izaakia announces the referendum on unification date as March 26th 2021, with results announced on the 27th. The government has put forward the question “Do you wish for [insert region name] to be unified with Izaakia?” to observer states.

Campaign rules have also been set out, with major points being.
1) A single official campaign will be assigned to each cause, decided by international observers.
2) Each side will have a campaign spending cap of $15 Million, with full transparency.
3) Foreign contributors and campaigners are barred.
