The Ryccian Federation and Ikaranara have signed a "monumental" deal that "enhances and works towards mutual economic prosperity and win-win cooperation". Under the deal, Ryccia is set to invest $250 billion in the country for the next four years. Ryccian officials have praised Ikaranara as a "country of common sense and civility".

An assessment of Izaakias Gothic Parliament building which was mostly built in 1840-42 has found the building to be unsuitable for continued use. Citing reasons such as dangerous electrical wiring, unsuitable sewage facilities, 42 small fires in the past 12 months, abundant asbestos, lack of appropriate facilities for disabled people, 250 fewer parliament seats than members of parliament, lack of appropriate Connectivity, and crumbling stone work.
The assessors put forward two options, a) leave the parliament building for a period of 7 to 10 years for a complete refurbishment costing £12 billion, or b) remain in situ and restore over a period of 70 years for a cost of over £40 billion. The government is understood to be hesitant to leave the symbol of Izaakian democracy, however, inaction by the previous government has caused the price to double in 4 years since the last assessment.

Protests against the province's monarch in Teokratika, Eggraria have come to a head this evening after Royal Police began a standoff against protesters. Roughly 130 arrests were made and 12 injuries occurred. Despite claims on the internet, no deaths were officially reported by Royal Police.
