June 5th, 2022, in the nation known as Past, the society-penetrating conflict known to us as the War in Past, and to them as the Pasten Civil War has ended. Over 3 million people have died to the war. Pasto-ikaranari forces have successfully pushed out the Insurgency, but not neccesarily with good results. As is well known, the Insurgency was supported by underground terrorist organization, the Reizen Independence Movement, or the RIM. The RIM started out as a terrorist group trying to obtain Reizen independence from the Frost Empire, but failed after a long fiasco. They support various organizations with the same morals (not caring about goals or political alignment) in hopes for new recruits to fight against the Empire. 20,000 insurgents have been confirmed to be fled, with an estimated 5,000 more MIA. Over 30,000 insurgents are captured. Past will most likely execute then all. Ikaranarean military officials state "while the insurgency being put down is overwhelmingly amazing, the threat of another one is dangerous. We cannot let RIM troops return to Past or Ikaranara." In Past, a new military formed, the Pasten Liberation Army. The Pasten government is rewriting its constitution. Ikaranara has assured Past that while it would enjoy staying closely connected with Past, it would take greater care to not overstep boundaries again. The two nations are expected to create and join the Indavral's Protection Treaty Administration (IPTA) as a mutual defense pact, among other things. The militaries of both nations will act as one regarding military matters. As the conflict in the south winds down, Indavrals look east. The Besernian Federal Police has stated that due to the circumstances relating to the malicious acquisition of government power by the Ryccian junta, the volatile situation in Ryccia, and its actions towards fellow North Cordilian neighbours, its decree on the universal and international jurisdiction of its judiciary and its decisions shall not be recognised within the legal jurisidiction of the Federal Republic of Besern.

The United States of Izaakia has made clear that it will never recognise Ryccian jurisdiction in any territory, including ryccia, nor any other foreign jurisdiction. It has also made clear it will accept any defections, regardless of which territory the defector is present in.

The frost delegation within the Committee of International Law have caused an uproar after a leaked communique argued that the dissolution of the Ryccian federation by the Ryccian military means that they are no longer part of the World forum.
