Immediately after this announcement, chaos brews in Ikaranara.

Large rallies run through cities, calling on the Ikaranarean troops in Irok-pannon to "cross the border" and engage in combat with Junta forces.

Ryccian citizens who have been herded to hotels near Centrus to either wait for travel to Mirrey Ryccia or for safety from the Junta were barred in their hotels before the Reserve Guard was able to disperse the riot. None were injured.

The Ikaranarean government has yet to comment about these developments.

The government of Doge Land has sent a strongly worded letter of disapproval to the Ryccian junta for sentencing an Ikaranarian citizen to death. They have also sent a book by the Board of Doge Land Executioners named "How to Diversify your Execution Portfolio" about maximizing the diversity of your kills. In reality it's just about a video game, but it sounds real enough to fool the Ryccians.

The Head Governor makes a speech on the execution of an Ikaranarean sovereign.

The Pro-Ryccian City-state of Kaiiji Valley, Termina, has independently asked the Ryccian Junta to change its  exile the Ikaranan prisoner or to agree to a prisoner exchange with the Ikaranan regime. A Kaiji official stated, "We call upon our Friends within the Ryccian Federation to exercise their magnanimous nature and be merciful to those who do not understand the many opportunities tjat come from partnering with the Ryccian Federation."

Heartstricken delegates are pleading the international community to demand their release. Mirrey has warned of "severe consequences" if any relatives of the Ryccian delegation are executed.

Kaiji Valley once again asked the Ryccian Junta to release the family of the world forum delegates independently from the rest of the TCC. Rival city-states within the TCC expressed their displeasure at Kaiji Valley claiming that the City-state undermined their individual authority within the confederacy. Kaiji Valley dismissed these complaints saying the views expressed by the City-state need not be reciprocated by the rest of the Confederacy nor should their statement be mistaken as an official TCC stance.
