The Izaakian Space Agency is set to build large Electrofuel plants at both Fort Cosmos and IAF Montacia Bay, the two main launch sites for the ISA and CosmosNet. The long term aim is to provide sufficient carbon neutral fuels that don’t use farmland to run the space program, with alternatives to combustion rockets not currently feasible this is seen as the only alternative.
