The Founder Iakov Xhuglini has finished writing The Decree amending certain parts of "Executive Policy on Psychotropic Substances" from 2011. Despite being a Decree, he presented it to the Parliament this morning for vote. This is being done so that Viliakmon can request WF Warrants for arrests of their citizens as the loophole in Viliakmon's legal code would cease to exist.
In other news, Delegate and Ambassador Dimitrie Mucitani Ioryi is searching through 100 WF and international law directories to find official papers, in order to propose a draft defining "Genocide".

Spirasian Troops have successfully retaken the Tolosani Building(Spirasian Capital Building), and have been seen waving the Spirasian Flag over the building. Apparently some sort of armed altercation has been ongoing since last night in a previously unknown cave system somewhere within the Central Cordilian mountain stretch, leading to Mount Hope. The V.A.F. Army received an encrypted transmission which, when decrypted, reads: "send help within 2400h. the entrance is at [XYZ disclosed], follow it to [XZY disclosed] coordinates". Despite possible unexplored territory, the V.A.F. is planning to send in a Platoon lead by Sergeant Iskenpal Barletty.
