I always saw the Regional Government as an OOC kind of thing. It definitely has no IC functioning, accession procedures or leadership positions. I considered Government Island as a Brussels, Geneva or Vienna kind of place, where international organisations have their offices and diplomats can meet and live.

Well, Karnetvor has referenced the "Assembly of the South Pacific" in his history. I wouldn't be opposed to it being a sort of, "UN", with our smaller alliances being like NATO.
That would involve giving RP duties to the government, something I doubt any of our branches want or need to do.

Well, how about we divide the time zones from the light blue of Government Island?
And I can create my own calendar? Then, I'll get creative... The calendar that Ryccia uses is the Otto Calendar, introduced by Otto I. Every month has 60 days, and the last month has only 5 days. The calendar, however, has the same 7-day structure like the rest of the world somehow(must've been Christianity). The Months's names are, in order: Vegussia(60) Zakari(60) Kynshen(60) Canias(60) Tyvod(60) Otto(60) Almaria(5) For example, today is Kynshen 2, 2015.
