Yeah. Since my country is south of 60°S DST makes sence because it probably only gets like 4/5 hours of daylight in winter.

I might do ALL DST. Doing all DST just means you move your nation 1 hour ahead

Can we agree that the time zone that includes Government Island is UST 0:00, and should follow the current Time of EST-5:00?

Note: no daylight savings. I don't like it, and I doubt anyone else does.
