Operation Chamomile [CANCELLED]
#1

Target: http://www.nationstates.net/region=the_c...ent_states
Sleeper: http://www.nationstates.net/nation=the_shan_shyuumm

Objectives:
- Teach soldiers how to carry out stealth operations
- Teach soldiers not everything relies on who's there at update.

Note: We cannot annex this region due to it having a founder.

The Plan:
1) Sleeper enters the region and starts to gain influence and native endorsements.
2) SPSF Soldiers slowly trickle into the region at a rate of 1 soldier every 3 days. Not everyone needs to be in the WA at this point. Any who enter with a WA will endorse the native delegate and founder.
3) (Note: Everyone needs to be in the WA at this point) Once we have enough soldiers in to tip the delegacy over to the sleeper, we un-endorse the native delegate and founder and endorse our sleeper. We take the delegacy moments later.
4) Give the delegacy back after 1-2 days. Leave the region like it was before, with maybe a tag or an addition to the WFE.  (This will make our invasion look better from the defender's point of view).

Timeline:

Soldiers will start to send in puppets as soon as they are available after the invasion of the_united_pacific_states that was proposed. If the operation is called off then we can start even sooner.

Benefits:

Any allied military that catches wind of this will know that we can do more then just a simple jump. We are invading yes, but we are not destroying regions or anything similar, so Defenders will have little to complain about.

Leaving the region voluntarily is a big deal, as there's a big difference between leaving graciously and being kicked out.

Yeah, any troops still deployed in Warzone Sandbox are there to stay. You will be auxiliary if needed, but probably not this time around.

Alright everyone, create a fresh puppet. Spend some time idling in your starter GCR, gaining population and answering the starting issues. I'm shooting for the day we take the delegacy to be in 2 weeks. Post here if you'll be participating. I'll assign you a day to move your puppet into the target region. Nobody move until I tell them. We need to make sure everyone's spaced out accordingly as not to draw suspicion.

We don't need WA's at this point, so keep them on your other puppets.

Out of couriosity, why a fonder region and not a founderless one?

Yes, this is practice, but most infiltrations occur in founderless regions and it is not unreasonably to practice in such a target.

Because this region is filled with inexperienced people, which makes the chances of this succeeding a whole lot higher. It was also the featured region a while ago. They were seeing a spike in nations joining, and I wanted to exploit that.

Plus with them having a founder it all make sure there are no lasting effects on the region. I wanted inexperienced people, but I didn't want to completely ruin the game for them. I thought this enough of a compromise.

We don't have enough troops to overtake the delegacy. We either need more people to sign up, to ask an ally for help, or we're gonna have to call off the operation.

I figured that I could get at least more then 1 native to endorse me. Guess not.
