The first one is deliciously ironic, but I think a good old firing squad would do just fine.

Somehow I feel the urge to play a counterpart now, who is against killing someone, not important what he did (and meanwhile I like all the proposed variations on how to kill those persons).

What about a life-long prison sentence (like really life-long) and every Sunday they get publicly humiliated? Plus they have to wear straitjackets, so they don't commit suicide. If they wish to die or try to attempt suicide (the times, where they don't wear the jacket, e.g. when showering) they get their beheading. Oh and almost forgot: Their new place to live is the worst prison (for a prisoner) you can find and always drop the soap of them on the floor of the bathroom!

(Or just kill them, I just thought, it could be a funny idea too.)

Hammerstar: I'd assume something as large as banning plastic bags would take exponentially longer than 30 days...

Well, when your country doesn't even produce them massively in the first place, and your country has one of the smallest populations in the region with only one city and no metropolis. I guess it would be easier.

Even so, a 30 day turnaround seems steep. But that's just me, I guess.

Also, what are you replacing them with?

Paper bags, biodegradable plastics made of hemp, shrimp plastics, totes. We're getting rid of non-degradable plastics, not plastics universally.

For real now: If possible, please say, why there has to be a vote on how long the tunnel remains open and what would happen, especially to international trade trains, if they want to use such tunnels like the one between Qvait and Huawan.
