Why would anyone want to train the Ryccian Army? If anything, a demilitarised Ryccia is the best way to ensure we don't end up fighting another war.

Aye. Kris speaks truth. Tropenwald has no intention of sacrificing it's nation to annex Ryccia. We're more interested in reforming the great Tropisch Empire.

Ryccia. Remember the GiA. We'll step in if Henn tries anything.

Oh, please, why is it always Henn? I killed ProfessorHenn when I began using Cathalea as my name.

Because everyone knows you're Henn and it's easier to say than Tropenwald or Cathalea

Considering the fact that the GIA didn't prevent Ryccia from collapsing and launching a nuclear attack on another nation, I have to wonder if its terms weren't too lenient.

I am not Henn. Using that name is insulting when I don't want to be called it.

Call me Cath, or Trop.

When Ryccia gets violent, then you can impose the GiA. Until then, my priorities are economic development and rebuilding. Adieu!

The fact you said 'when' and not 'if' is not reassuring.
