*Takes a sip of tea* I wonder, I'm trying to look in another genre. For example, something more political, like The Prince by Machiavelli which was a nice reading and 48 Laws of Power by Robert Green that didn't stay behind, especially for a contemporary book. Nothing comes to my mind.
Actually, I've been feeling a lot better the last few days than I have been in a while. Just getting out of a slump I suppose.
*looks around then takes a sip of his milkshake* Coming in here and relaxing does some good I tell ya.

I guess it would depend on fictional or non fictional, personally I read so much (because it is like TV for me depending on the book) that I tend to go back and forth. Right now I am in a bit of a fluff read mode. *looks towards Feir* Well I am certainly glad to hear that you are feeling so much better, personally I hate slumps but I do get my share of them. I also like to think that sometimes just coming here helps to relax others, if not then at the very least it takes their minds off of things for a moment or two and allows for a "reset button" to be pressed. Don't take all of life serious because if you do then you never get out of the slump

Agreed. Since I joined the forums I've been having a lot more fun and I get to meet new people. Strangely, it's been one of the best things I've done since living on my own .*takes a sip and turns to Bon.* There is a part of me that still is, but lately I haven't felt crazy enough to be a pancake. Once the ball gets rolling again, I sure as shootin' will go back to my syrupy ways.
*rubs hands together in a gleeful manner*
Will this mean a run off for the Craziest Person in TSP? Honestly if I have the time to run and depending on when the election cycle starts up again, I just might need to throw my cap back in the ring... *gives a happy laugh and skips down the bar then back again*
