The chance of Ryccia getting hit by a hurricane extremely low.
1. THe only water you have is an Inlet, which is extremely hard for a Hurricane to sustain in.
2. Ryccia is mostly an "inland" country.

Little to none. Your nation is completely inland. There would be little concern for a hurricane to hit Hammerstar. Once again, just my opinion based on geographical knowledge.

Anyone that has some decent sized nation between them and the water would almost be exempt from this... for the most part, I'd say any city 75+ miles inland should be safe from hurricane...
I don't know how far we wish to downgrade the hurricane (to tropical storm? Tropical low?) but anything less than a Category 1 would not do much damage unless your buildings were all cardboard...

Here is what is available: one Category 5, one Category 4, three Category 3, seven Category 2, and five Category 1 hurricanes, and four tropical storms.

Now, I have reserved the one Category 5 hurricane to start in the center of the Pacific Ocean below the Tropic of Capricorn. This storm is going to be the climax of the season. The storm will make landfall at Tasternine and impact the following nations in chronological order: TUOFI, Sporaltryus, and Resentine Kingdom. Once it reaches water again, a northerly wind will send it to impact the following nations: Kringalia, Hammerstar, Qvait, and Ebola. The following nations will be hit by the exterior (weakest part) of the storm: The Collective Unconscious, Yishevyu, Karlstadt, Karnetvor, The United Expanse, Seythennia, and Adnesean After hitting Qvait, an easterly wind will send it back to sea, where it will die out. In other words, a big "C" pattern.
