Legal Question (interpret the meaning and application of a law) Operation Vicious Spectre and allied fighting
#11

The Punchwoodian Government recommends to concentrate on retaking Virosok and Fay. Those are the cities where most supplies would be received without those cities sending supplies throughout the region the AFF should fall quickly. Punchwood can start bombing the two cities by tomorrow. If allowed we could have 2,000 troops near both cities within two days.

Virosok has already been taken by Qvait. Fay is close to being taken.

Maybe the Punchwoodian Air Force could bomb Tiranya?

The 2nd Army Regiment is regrouping after suffering 392 casualties. We need Punchwoodian troops on the ground in Virosok to provide assistance should the AFF try to retake the city. In a separate suboperation, the Qvaitican Air Force leveled a cave complex near Ghangzong.

Recent satellite and drone reconnaissance imagery has revealed a massing of AFF forces in a military training camp just west of Virosok. Further inspection has indicated the presence of around 1000 men as well as a significant number of heavily armored components.

The Noctenosian Air Force is requesting permission to bomb the camp to prevent these hostile forces from interfering in the liberation of Virosok.

The Intelligence Service of Defense and Security (ISDS) has received the intelligence from the government of Noctenos. The 2nd Army Regiment is not prepared to take them on without reinforcements. They need assistance immediately.

Laiwanese and Ryccian troops have taken Fay. Now, they are advancing to Otakerinborgen, defended by 1,500 militiants. The Laiwanese-Ryccian Campaign Coalition has suffered 367 casualties, while militiant losses are estimated around 300-600 militiants. The rest have retreated to Otakerinborgen.

Noctenos and the rest of the nations involved in the war have a green light to attack the military camp.

450 Laiwanese troops will assist the Qvaitican troops.

A series of bombing raids have been executed against the hostile camp by UCAVs. The elimination of armored targets took priority and the base now lies in ruins. The attack, however, has not stopped a number of AFF survivors from getting back together and making their way to the city of Virosok. The increase in urban density has put a hold on airstrikes, in fear of causing damage to infrastructure and possible innocent bystanders.

After retaking two villages on their way: Voregeni and Genzang, the Laiwanese-Ryccian Coalition is heading to attack Otakerinborgen.

There, the coalition, now having 35,000 troops, almost half of the Laiwanese-Ryccian troops in the area, met with a surprise: Otakerinborgen is defended by 10,000 militiants.

The AFF has admitted to having a 70,000-strong army, making Laiwanese and Ryccian estimates false. They claim that they have been force-recruiting people from towns to "beef up" their army.

Laiwan and Ryccia are shelling Otakerinborgen before entering the town. Laiwanese intelligence indicates that militiants often hide at building to surprise-attack troops on the streets.
