While I agree we need judiciary reform, I don't see the need for a GC to do this.

Perhaps you should consider approaching each proposal based on its merits, instead 
Contrary to Rebs, my problem is with this resolution, because it gives the impression that one is necessary to convene a Great Council. I am not opposed to the Council itself.
We should talk about how a Great Council should be called at the Great Council.
