We, the nations of the South Pacific, do hereby announce that ProfessorHenn, or Sporaltryus, is to be named the Grandmaster of the South Pacific, and will be allowed full privileges and rights that can be afforded. Rebeltopia shall be named "King of the Crazies", and shall be second in command behind ProfessorHenn. Kringalia shall be the official Giftgiver of the South Pacific and shall have all necessary powers to determine who has been naughty and who has been nice.
