I would like to propose a complete throwing-out of all laws and instead replacing it with the short and sweet:
The Coalition of the South Pacific
Preamble We, the nations of the South Pacific, do hereby announce that ProfessorHenn, or Sporaltryus, is to be named the Grandmaster of the South Pacific, and will be allowed full privileges and rights that can be afforded. Thoughts?

Discrimination is the least of my concerns. What is my concern is who controls all dinosaur related matters in TSP, and it is blatantly obvious that only one of their own would be able to govern best.
I propose the following addition...
