I've got a question about challenges.
Is this pretty much a legal way of trying to take over the delegacy without elections? Because I mean, we know how long it takes to transfer the delegacy regularly, so I don't think that would be the most effective.

Yes, that would be the only legal way. We would be moving away from a system where the in-game Delegate potentially changes every four months. Given endotarting tech and mass TGs, it's not that difficult anymore to become Delegate with the government approving your attempt.

Given that this proposal isn't anywhere near finished, and there are 0 days of debate left in this rushed closing of the GC, I have no choice but to completely withdraw this proposal from consideration.
