If our ambassador from TP saw this, Im sure he'll be angry.

Has anyone in TP tried to organize a successful revolution, harnessing the will of the people? No? Then why would be support a violation of the will of the people?
Deputy Regional Minister of the Planning and Development Agency(March 8-May 19, 2014)

Local Council Member(April 24-August 11)

Court Justice of TSP(August 15-December 7)

Let's stop talking about hypotheticals and look at an actual proposal. Like this one:
Quote:Resolved: The South Pacific will offer an envoy to the Osiris Fraternal Order and offer The Almighty Jesus Whale an envoy should they choose to accept. These envoys will report directly to the Assembally on any matters from both sides.  The only purpose of these envoys is to monitor the situation and to recommend to the Assembally any further action to be taken.
We must select envoys but that should be a minor task.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

Taking power for yourself and calling it democracy doesn't actually make it democracy.

We shouldn't be in the business of taking a region and changing it into what we think is "better." I think you'll find that what's "better" isn't always what you think it is.

Democracy is not a top-down form of government. It's something that has to be made by the community as a whole. That's why I never considered the OFO legitimate in the first place, no matter how many elections they held. Coups can't be supported just because you like the outcome. The ends don't always justify the means.

You want us to play diplomacy with both sides? I don't think either of them would accept that right now. And what exactly are these envoys supposed to do beyond what a normal user can do? Have access to the closed sections of both sides of it? Your language also implies that it favours the support of the OFO.

How do I imply support. The only goals here is to provide an official presence and someone who's only job is to make sure there is no reason for us to intervene.

You mean like a Minister of Foreign Affairs?

More so a non-permanent ambassador to only be there untill the situation is resolved. Each envoy would provide updates on all public things done by TSP regarding the situation and give the Assembally any recommendation on action that should be taken. Basically an ambassador except they report to the Assembally instead of to the MoFA.
They will also be removed when the situation ends.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

Why create a whole new position when we already have a Minister tasked with handling foreign affairs?

I don't think we should send the minister. We could just put envoy's and the selection of them under his control.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.
